IES has developed an extensive database to assist companies in preparing a Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS). The database includes over 2,000 chemicals and mixtures common to the electronic and biotech/pharmaceutical industries and includes various hazard classifications pursuant to the Uniform Building and Fire Code, as well as SARA, NFPA, DOT and other designations. The database also enables us to provide the data in a variety of formats including a summary table for occupancy determination and business plan (HMBP) reporting list, either in the one page per chemical State format or a variety of local spreadsheet formats.
