HVAC Project Engineer
Job Description
Candidate must have a California P.E., with a minimum of 10 years experience designing Biotech laboratory and Cleanroom HVAC systems. Must have in-depth knowledge of codes related to Mechanical/HVAC industry standards. Familiarity with various chilled /heating hot water, refrigeration, air handling, controls, process piping and plumbing systems is a must. This is a management position requiring the supervision of the mechanical staff, including Mechanical/HVAC engineers.
The ability to plan, organize and lead technical projects and teams, and to coordinate project work between mechanical, electrical, architectural, and plumbing/piping disciplines is imperative. Candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Auto CADD is also required.
